Regional Office Contact Information

The primary responsibility of the Division’s Regional Offices around the state is to process and investigate individual complaints of discrimination. The contact information for our regional offices is available below:

 

Bronx Office

The Bronx office serves as the agency’s central office and headquarters. It is also the location of the agency’s Housing Investigations Unit, which investigates complaints of housing discrimination statewide.

Brooklyn Office

The Division’s Brooklyn office is primarily responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination in Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Staten Island.

Capital & Central Region

The Division’s Capital & Central Region includes offices in Albany, Binghamton, and Syracuse. 

This region is primarily responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination in the following counties: Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren, and Washington.

Harlem Office

The Division’s Harlem Office is primarily responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination in Dutchess County, Orange County, Putnam County, Rockland County, Westchester County, and Manhattan.

Long Island Region

The Division’s Long Island region includes offices in Hempstead and Hauppauge. 

This region is primarily responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination in Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Queens.

Western Region

The Division’s Western region includes offices in Buffalo and Rochester. 

This region is primarily responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination in the following counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.
